Share and Warrant Certificates
The ordinary shares (LSE:AVAP) and listed warrants (LSE:AVAW) in Avation PLC (the Company), can each be held in both certificated form and uncertificated form. In the case of those held in uncertificated form, the ordinary shares or listed warrants would be held via a broker account and holders should liaise with their broker with regard to any queries about their holdings.
Where ordinary shares or listed warrants are held in certificated form, the original certificate(s) are required in order to process the transfer of the ordinary shares or listed warrants to another person. The original certificate and a duly executed stock transfer form would need to be submitted to the Company’s registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC (Computershare) (details set out below). A Stock Transfer form is available on the Computershare website on the ‘Printable Forms’.
Where certificates for either ordinary shares or listed warrants have been lost or damaged, please contact Computershare on +44 (0)370 707 1324. Computershare will update the register and arrange for a ‘stop’ to be placed on the missing share certificate. Please check carefully before reporting your share certificate missing as there may be a charge to issue a replacement share certificate and once a share certificate has been reported as lost it cannot be reinstated if it is subsequently found.
