Avation plc owns 100% of an Australian-incorporated specialist aircraftleasing company called F100 Pty Ltd that itself currently owns five 107 seat passenger capacity Fokker 100 jets. The registration marks for these aircraft are VH-FNJ, VH-FNR, VH-FNU, VH-FNY and VH-FSW respectively. Each aircraft is entered on the Australian Civil Aircraft Register and are operated by Skywest Airlines Pty Ltd in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Australian Government's Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). Through the Company's other subsidiaries, including Capital Lease
Aviation plc, it owns other Fokker and Airbus passenger jet aircraft thatare variously leased to airlines in Europe, the United States and Australia.

The Fokker 100 aircraft are programmed for an enhancement of air traffic management equipment once the Government introduces the ADS-B network and all aircraft will be equipped with cargo hold fire suppression systems. Work is also being undertaken with the manufacturer to develop GPS-NPA capability for the fleet.
